Complaint Regarding Texas Tech Endocrinology Odessa, TX 191 – with receptionist or scheduler named Jackie Lujan I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated today by Jackie Lujan, the receptionist/scheduler at the Texas Tech Endocrinology office off 191. They never answer the phone to make appointments
Dr. Adupa was just perfect. This was my 1st visit. I was impressed when she knew about my health history. I told her she did her homework. Yes she did. She will def be my endocrinologist. Very nice, personal, and very concerned. She did not rush thru my appt. She's very young, but a great Dr.
This is a horrible facility, they are insensitive. They do not care to learn about their patients. They called me a liar. Told me to fast for 72 hours when I can’t even go 24 hours without food. They told me I’m not being truthful ! When they have my information in front of them and data to prove the information. I had photos and they still called me a liar. Had a doctor by the name of Debbi Suravajjala see my only appointment here. She didn't seem to take any of my concerns seriously and told me to fast 18 hours a day to lose weight instead of addressing my issues and struggles with weight gain. I'M HYPOGLYCEMIC. I've past out prior during sugar lows this was terrible and dangerous advice among other things. Never again. This visit left me feeling so defeated and unheard. Highly recommend not going to that endocrinologist.
