Nurse wasn’t welcoming and doctor was okay. The energy of the doctors office wasn’t friendly nor did the initial nurse acknowledge my child at all

Appointments are consistently unavailable due to being fully booked. Therefore, I require alternative care options for my son's illness today; this facility's reliability has unfortunately deteriorated.
They keep you waiting long time in the lobby, put you in the waiting room and you can take a nap..they take so long , kids are cranky and tired by then.
