The staff is wonderful—and Dr Matthews is simply the best! The office is always clean and their coffee isn’t too bad either! �
The worst place I have ever been too....and will not recommend anyone....
My son was seen here over a year ago and I was not overly impressed. I called today to get a copy of his records so we could go somewhere else, and they told me would be a $25 charge and take 8 to 10 business days to be sent. If we wanted the records faxed to a physician it is free. Terrible patient care in my opinion. I won't be back. Lubbock is in desperate need of a pediatric ophthalmologist.
