I wouldn't recommend TTCU for anyone building a home. We were told one thing when we decided to finance through them, but were told something completely different when we went to close. When we were in the process of financing with them, communication was great, but since we closed it's been very difficult to get a response back. They sold our loan to another company, within a couple days of closing, and the other company is awful, but we were insured by TTCU when we closed that they were great.
