Ashly was very nice and the place is very pleasant. But, I have long hair. I called first to make sure they could perm and color long hair. I was told yes so I booked an appointment. I didn't know exactly what I wanted so I brought several pictures from off line. I wanted blond curls with curtain bangs. I had a perm for 13 years, I know how to take care of a perm.
