I don't even live in Grapevine anymore, and I still bring my car back for service (I live in Dallas now). They always do a terrific job!

I just bought a tundra from Texas Toyota, and this is the least amount of time I've ever spent at a dealership. Dawn took great care of me and my family, and I got a good deal on my truck. They even threw in the window tint for no extra charge!
Texas Toyota is the best place I've ever bought a car from. Buying a car has always been a long and tedious process with a lot of waiting, but I was in and out in 2 hours. Test drove a few Siennas, found the one I liked, and came to agreeable terms. Then I went into finance which was smooth and fast (this is usually the longest part). My swagger wagon came out of detail looking absolutely great!
Texas Toyota has the best service department I've ever dealt with! I can't speak for the sales side, but I go here for the regular maintenance on my Toyota Tundra and they always take great care of me. They are always fast and friendly, Dawn is my regular advisor!
Phil handled our transaction efficiently, but we did not feel rushed. He answered our many questions, guided us through the features on the new vehicle from safety to technology, as well as accompanied us each step of way through out the purchase process. By FAR one of the BEST new car buying experinces EVER, and I will DEFINITELY buy my next vehicle from Phil!!!
I will give them zero rating if there is one. They are the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They gave you a very low quote over the email and phone to draw you there. And when I was there, they denied all they have said even over the printout I brought. What a wasteful time I spent in this dealer. I sent my feedback to Toyota headquarter in a Toyota survey.
Felt everyone did a good job and getting me a car I wanted in the price I needed. They listened to my bad experience at another local dealership and made sure I felt comfortable with the purchase of this vehicle. Listening is a HUGE customer service skill! To be able to do that will help you go far in dealing with customer service.
