It has been two years since my last review below. My last encounter with Texas Strong Plumbing was a disaster. I am now looking for a new plumber. Very bad experience. I have finally found a plumber! I have been living in Katy for 30 years and just recently moved to Fulshear. In all those decades, Texas Strong Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have had the pleasure of using. Always have had a positive experience dealing with this company and my last one was no exception. Nice people on the phone and terrific repairman.
I have used Texas Strong multiple times now. They are good with communication and scheduling. I needed to replace 2 aging hot water heaters, one of which had begun to leak. Travis came out and confirmed the situation, provided estimates for 2 new hot water tanks or replacement with a tankless system. We opted for the tankless water heater and were able to have installation in the same week. Up and running with no issues!
Texas Strong Plumbing customer service is fantastic! They do timely Preventative Maintenance when required. Highly recommend this company
