Dr. Butler was a wonderful delight to meet. I was expecting another physician who glossed over what my needs were and went ahead with the exam on his own agenda. But that is not what I got. He very much listened to my past vision history and listened and asked questions to understand what my goals were given my complicated eye issues. He explained what plan of care he wanted to try and gave me the option to agree or not, and then we proceeded down a course of care with options for changes in the future. Dr. Butler had surrounded himself with a great team a his TSO here in Round Rock...I appreciate the thouroughness and thoughtfulness I experienced.
Incredible and friendly staff!
We were able to get in to see Dr. Butler without having to wait for several weeks. The exam was quick and we had a wonderful experience with the staff as well. Would certainly recommend him.
