Kelly got me right. Came in with an insurance plan not compatible and they still worked with me to get the best deal.
Would rate 0 stars if possible! Bad customer service!! Do not come here, they will lie/change your appointment times and not communicate with you. The receptionist is unprofessional as well as the managers. If you check reviews before choosing a business, please do not come here!
I’ve been a long-time patient of this location since it operated as TSO. Unfortunately, since transitioning to My Eye Doctor, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both service and professionalism. During my recent visit, I witnessed a concerning interaction where a customer asked to speak with a manager, and the employee responded, ‘Hi, yes, I’m Helen, the manager,’ in a noticeably sarcastic and elevated tone. Overall, really liked the doctor, but, a few members of the staff have made me,my wife, and at least 3 members of our family will not be returning. Total lack of communication. My glasses were on back order and was not informed. Went to check on them on the afternoon they were supposed to ready and found out neither were ready.( this was 8 days later)No texts, messages, or phone call .
