I made an appointment because their website indicates they take Blue Cross Blue Shield. When I showed up for the appointment the front desk worker told me that they don't take my insurance and I asked why it said they took it on their website. Staff told me that the website was wrong and they "couldn't change it" and were completely unhelpful. Make an appointment here if you don't want your insurance to be taken and you have a lot of free time to kill explaining how their business should reflect their website.
When I called to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in later that day. Once I arrived the front staff greeted me and got me checked in quickly. The doctor was fun and upbeat and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. I was in and out within 30 minutes.
