It was a sunny afternoon and I was in need of a pair of brand new contacts. Thankfully, I ended up at the right place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by such friendly people — especially Cara, the store manager, who made everything easy and fast. Wonderful experience! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and attended to. The two ladies at the front were super helpful and incredibly kind. I had a couple of concerns about my glasses that I got at another location, and the doctor was very patient and took the time to really understand what I was dealing with. I had such a great experience here and I’m so happy I found this location! 10/10!
I decided last minute to update my perscription and the staff was accommodating and friendly. Cara went the extra mile helping me find the perfect pair of sunglasses and took the time to ensure I got the most value out of my purchase. Lovely service 😊
Great customer service. I went to three different optometrists and this was the one that gave me the most help regarding pricing, insurance and overall attention. Cara did a perfect job when it came to helping me get the best price through my insurance. Can’t recommend enough!!!!
