38 days ago I paid and ordered new glasses and still they are not here.. never going back here..
I recommend them! Ihad to schedule an emergency appointment and they took me in as soon as I called! I take my daughter here as well and they have been so great to us! The best eye doctor I’ve been to. They care so much about their patients and it shows.
Went to TSO Granbury back in Dec for a contact lens eye exam. The staff was friendly but the low score is for how rushed and inaccurate the actual exam was. I've been wearing contacts for over 35 years so I'm very familiar with the process. As a result of the unthorough exam, the prescription given was incorrect. Since I had plenty of contacts remaining from my previous prescription, I didnt start wearing the new ones until late May. TSO of Cleburne is the place to go. Friendly and thorough. Never have ever had a bad experience there. Great Doctor and staff. Wish I could give it 10 stars.
