I had the pleasure of visiting TSO today as a new patient, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The doctor (Dr. Carter) was not only professional and timely but also incredibly pleasant—you can tell she truly loves what she does. She was thorough in explaining everything, which I greatly appreciated because, let’s be real, you don’t play around when it comes to your eyes! Dr. Carter made sure she called me back after calling a few times. I had originally left a bad review because I had been calling. But when I found out she is the only one in this office made things different. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She's actually way more interactive than most eye doctors.
I've been calling this place for two weeks and no one has ever answered the phone. Guess I'll find somewhere else.
Amazing eye doctor! Made sure everything fits correctly and even recommended me on a glasses that complimented on my vibes.
