We moved here a few months ago and have come in a couple of times now. Same great service both times. These ladies are wonderful, caring and empathetic towards their clients. Ashley and Ciara took great care of us today. Thank you for everything and we will definitely return when needed.
Everything went great! I really like Dr. Jeffery and he is very thorough. The young ladies were all very nice and informative. Overall I’d say a A+ for the whole team! Great job team!
Thoroughly disappointing! They said they could not verify the doctor’s signature and hence they could not process my eye prescription. I have never heard anyone say that they wanted to process the prescription by verifying a doctor’s signature. Clearly they want you to get the test done by their optometrist before we order glasses from them. The fact that they were eager to sell me frames but started questioning my prescription once they realized it was from a different doctor shows shady business practices! Eye opening inde... read more
