I felt very well taken care of, everyone is an excellent professional, they were very kind, I highly recommend their services. Just today there was a special event and I received a pair of sunglasses as a gift.
I have loved TSO because of how convenient the location is, when dr Waltz was there it was an incredible clinic and he was fantastic. Since he’s gone everything has gone down hill, a couple of years ago one of the front desk ladies refused to help me order contacts, she said she wasn’t able to do it that I needed to take the exam since I was due for it, which I understood but then on the website it allowed me to order the contacts I still had a month available to order so she clearly wasn’t wanting to help me. I had an amazing experience at Texas State Optical – West University! They got me in same day for an eye exam, and the entire team was so friendly and transparent about pricing. With my Aetna POS II insurance, I only paid about $140 total for frames, prescription lenses, scratch-resistant, and blue-light protection — it would’ve been over $600 without insurance. I’ve had chronic migraines for nearly 15 years, which have gotten more intense over the past couple of years. I expressed what was going on with Dr. Butt who recommended I try Neurolens - I wasn’t sure they would help, but after having them on the last 3 months I’ve stopped taking my migraine meds and my migraines are much less intense. Dr. Butt offered a 3 month follow up to see how I was like them and adjust my Rx if needed. I had a really great experience and appreciate the whole team!
Great Service today at TSO Briargrove. Dr. Pham was very thorough and explained everything in detail which was very helpful. Stephanie and other associate were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Everyone was kind and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.
