The level of professionalism and care from Dr. Butt and her team sets the bar high. Dr. Butt identified why I was dealing with headaches, neck pain, and light sensitivity. She has helped alleviate my pain with a really great technology called Neurolens. Her optician Grace made my experience exceptional with helping in my frame selection. Hands down a great place for eyecare!

My overall experience was pleasant but my favorite part of the appointment was with Joy. She gave me honest opinions about my selections, Joy was knowledgeable and pleasant.
They had some of the best customer service skills and they made sure their customers have the best experience when walking in and when leaving out of that location on westheimer, I can give them a 10 star rating if I could!
