My contacts fitting experience went fine, the doctor was kind, and the fitting went well, however, I was told a completely different fee for a comprehensive eye contact examination. The doctor told me I am just doing the fitting today not the comprehensive examination since I provided my glasses prescription that was done a few months ago. When I came out, the staff told me they will still charge me for a comprehensive exam since I am a new patient, but this is not what I was told over the phone when I made my appointment.
