I'll start with the good. They got me in extremely last minute. I was switching job and loosing my insurance for a while and I stopped in on a Friday at about an hour before they closed. To my surprise the very friendly staff and Doctor saw me l, even as a new patient. I was extremely impressed by this. All their rooms were clean, organized and appeared well maintained. I was seen quickly even after being late due to a train. The staff made my visit pleasant and were very friendly. I was able to order my glasses and have them picked up the same day.
I am very impressed with the staff. They answered any and all questions I had. The doctor I was very impressed with. I had gone to vision works for the last 2 years and decided to try TSO this year. She showed me things that Vison works didn't. I will definitely be staying with TSO for my eye care. Thanks alot to the TSO Gainesville, TX. STAFF. I would definitely recomend TSO for your eye care. The Dr was personable , and listened to me I can see now it's wonderful !!! The ladies in the office very carrying and work with you to make you happy. I will always go to tso for my eyes I love the experience
