Last year I had given a good review and that’s why I decided to come back. Went in for an eye exam for both glasses and contacts. During the visit the doctor wanted me to try on some contacts “too see how they felt” and they weren’t even the contacts she was prescribing me. DO NOT try on any contacts. They will charge you $60!!!! And she NEVER disclosed that it would be an additional charge. The bill literally says “contact lens fitting - $60”. My wife’s trifocal glasses have had to be remade twice because of errors in lens coating,NOW the store wants our insurance to pay for a third time because the lens cutting machine “slipped” and did not cut one lens right. They made the error and they want our insurance to pay…
DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASER. An employee burned my tattoo when he told me he’d avoid it and when I told the manager, he came up with every excuse and even attempted blaming me before admitting he was wrong and taking accountability. They didn’t reimburse me for the session where they messed up my tattoo. Very disappointed with the total lack of accountability.
Just got my glasses cleaned using the opticwash they look and feel brand new.
