Lo peor del mundo tuve q cambiar 2 veces unos lentes por que se rompieron sin ninguna explicación y para colmo me cobraron 15 $ cada vez para reemplazar yo compré 2 pares y con uno de ellos no veo les dije y según ellos tengo que volver hacerme otro examen y cancelar lentes nuevos. Muy malos no vayan allí
Girl at the front desk is super rude, when answering phone she has an attitude like she doesn't like her job. Puts people on hold so they can hang up and call again. If my insurance didn't suck I would have went to Lenscrafters.
