Consumer beware! This was by FAR the worst experience I've ever had at an eye doctor. I am a first--and certainly last--time customer, where I naturally assumed I'd see an eye doctor on staff, but of course not. I was only alerted there would be a replacement doctor after my initial exam. I should have trusted my gut after my initial exam that this wasn't a great place.
