This practice is really a special experience. Every touch point provided a consistent, caring and thoughtful interaction. The front staff welcomed us, the testing was explained and efficient, and Dr Velasco was thorough and shared his knowledge and care for the individual he was examining, and help with selecting glasses made the entire appointment feel like one experience rather than four parts. That’s not easy to do in healthcare. Kudos to the entire Line Optical team! Highly recommend this practice.
