My only problem was with the initial exam while the ladies were very nice, but I had a problem with the chin place ment for the two machines. They need to be more adjustable so the patient can be more comfortable. I have never been not able to get closer and more comfortable while being programmed with the machines!!
Would definitely recommend. Had a great experience.
I’m sorry to leave a 1 because I love the doctor but his staff in the front is not educated on how to handle insurance. The red haired lady overcharged me $300 bc she didn’t know how to process insurance and kept telling me “sorry that’s what you owe” turns out I got it all refunded bc she was wrong. Same lady just now when I call tells me I can’t order contacts bc my prescription is too close to expiring. NOT YET EXPIRED but I can’t get contacts. She is ruining the business or maybe she’s kept around bc they scam people out... read more
