My oldest daughter had been to an optometrist before but since we were on Medicaid options were limited to a Wal-Mart optometrist. We had a bad experience there and we hadn't found anyone we have been comfortable with since. I was super excited when I found that TSO took our kids' Medicaid plan. Great staff & caring doctors. I have been going there since Dr Cameron Smith opened the office when he relocated from Houston.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I've only been going to Dr. Smith for two years but it doesn't take years to know and appreciate quality. The doctors and entire team are so pleasant to be around. There's never a long wait but you never feel as if you're being rushed through the appointment either. Stephanie assisted me with reading glasses and sun glasses, choosing exactly what I wanted in frames because she asked me but more importantly she listened to my responses.
