Was charged for the eye exam even very unhappy and I will not be back though the insurance company pays for it l got the exam and glasses picked out for me. And my wife on the 9th my lenses finally got here the 23 Rd but for some reason my wife's did not arrive . We have never waited this long to get glasses in my life and I will never use TSO again
they were very quick with me and my kids and very helpful

I lost my glasses the day before I was supposed to go out of town for meetings. Dr. Bob Gracey and his staff worked me in their very busy schedule and I had a pair of glasses when I walked out the door! Amazing people and amazing service!
