RecommendedDr Higgins is phenomenal. She is laid back and knowledgable. The staff are exceptional. I love their style, character and they make you feel like an individual instead of a number on their appointment book.
I received eye exam at TSO Meyerland. However, I order my lenses at TSO Willowbrook because I live near Willowbrook. I respect and appreciate the professionalism of both locations.
They staff was friendly and very informative.. They answered all my questions dumb ones too
If you are in pain and have a need for glasses do not come here!!! They have a no care attitude. I order the glasses on May 31st and I'm still in pain and waiting for them to arrive. I was told by the manager I may get them by June 15th which is unacceptable. But I've paid them for the glasses so I'm stuck.
