SO has moved to a new location in Kerrville, the building & interior is clean and new but that's the only positive I experienced. The parking is ok but trying to exit onto Water St. is not an easy task. I arrived as a new patient. I was not welcomed or greeted upon entering the establishment. 45 minutes prior to my appointment I received a call from one of their staff asking for the details of my insurance. I was told that is it normal for them to have the insurance details...Continue Reading
The staff was friendly from the minute I walked in, everyone was very helpful and Dr. Averitt answered all of my questions and concerns as a new patient. The technicians assisted me with picking out the best frames for my face!
Dr. Williamson really helped me out, she’s awesome!!! I got in super quick and she fixed me right up! Cannot thank you enough!!
Visited the Kerrville location. Donna was so helpful and patient while I looked at many frames..including taking pictures so I could see how they looked. Thank you to the other person for letting me try on her glasses..since I loved her frames. Did not get her name!
