AMAZING!!!!! I have to admit when I first started dealing with Ricci and the crew at TSM I was not anywhere near pleased but they have TOTALLY changed my perspective of them!!!! The Run Around Give For A US Vet I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle. After a week and all my info I was told that my license was a problem. Wow !!! I can not believe that I found an honest used car dealer !! And I got the truck I really wanted. He told me every thing about it and all the service that was performed. The payments were reasonable and They worked with me on the down payment. Thank you for helping me when I needed it.
Excellant Dealer I bought a PT Cruiser and they were great. They worked with me and I got the payment and date that would fit my budget. I had a gas guzzler and got a great car. They told me everything about the car, who and when it was serviced. You can't get that from a big dealership. Give them a try. Ricci in the office is a great gal.
Pretty Good They are pretty good, and you don't get that high pressure thing for the most part. Though I always got that feeling I wasn't being taken seriously because I was female.
