If I could give this place zero stars I would, but Google review makes you give a minimum of one star so, here we go. I was seeing this place a few years ago from around 2016-2018 or so, maybe longer, and was getting my "deep" cleanings, etc the usual dental work every 6 months or when recommended. I noticed while I was there that I had some receeding gums, and mentioned this to the dentist seeing me, some Asian guy, forgot his name, and he stated it was due to me having braces when I was younger. I've been taking my daughter here for years. I did love the staff and even the dentists. But today I was let down. I called to make an appointment for my daughter because we missed an appointment to only be told I can no longer make appointments due to missing ONE appointment and I can only do walk-ins now. Kindly told the woman on the phone that I'll just find a new dentist which I did. I've always been on time to appointments and if I had to reschedule I would always call and let them know.
