Id give them zero if I could! We have often wondered where our *************** go. We have no pool, no amenity center and not much to show for the $200+ annual dues we pay. This company spends an exorbitant amount of money on postage where they send a letter out as well as a certified letter to arrive the same day! They also claim to pay a lot for landscaping and holiday decorating weve had xeriscaping at the entrance of our neighborhood for years and they recycle decorating items from year to year. Ms. ******** should review the budget and financials for the association. They are posted monthly on *********. Texas Star does not make the decision on how to spend the money for the **** the Board of Directors for ******************************* does. Postage is spent for collection of assessments, violation letters, annual meeting notices and statement notices. Texas Star has served our community for just over 1 year.So far, they do not know how to educate the *** board on basic duties.All of our community sidewalks are full of mud and they let the maintenance contracts expire, so we are unable to use our community paths. They do not maintain our common areas.
They send us complaint letters about our trash can not being behind the fence but behind the air conditioning unit, when other residents keep theirs in front of their garage door daily! When I contacted them, they claimed that they may be getting citations as well, but seeing that they have done this over a year, I doubt it. Hoping we switch to a different management company because this one is horrible!

Ms. ******* or as we show her account Ms. ****** received a letter for her trash container being visible. Both the HOA governing documents and the City of Ft. Worth require that trash cans not be visible from the street except on normal trash pick up days. The board of directors takes enforcing the documents and maintaining the neighborhood seriously. They have taken it upon themselves to lock out community out of our pool when all the other pools in the area are open. We pay for this pool and should not be locked out. In response they set up some bogus poll on a website that does not work. They cannot give us a straight answer on anything.

Texas Star Community Management does not have the authority to make decisions on whether an amenity is opened or closed. This is the sole authority of the board of directors for the Fairways of Champion Circle Homeowners Association, Inc. for making that decision.
