This is the absolute worse place I have ever dealt with. Horrible worst nightmare of a shop. They destroyed my car and now I’m left to pay for all of it and I lost my job in all of this covid stuff so now my kids and I have no vehicle 🚗! Mary way so rude and disrespectful.
Have to brag on this crew - the do great work at an affordable price, and they do it really quickly. Even came and picked me up from the rental car place. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much TX Star Collision for the beautiful work you did on our son's truck!! Having his brand new truck rear ended was heartbreaking. Wasn't sure what it was going to look like after repairs. We were so pleased when we saw what you did. Can't even tell it was ever damaged! I had my brand new car 3 days and it was rear ended. I was devastated and not very happy to say the least. With it being a new car I probably wasn't the easiest to work with - but the employees here were amazing. They reassured I would get brand new parts and after they got the money from the other drivers insurance they had all the parts expressed shipped and put back together in 3 days.
