I had a mountain-biking accident and shattered the top 3 vertebrae in my neck, broke the next 3, skipped the last cervical vertebrae and then broke the next 2 vertebrae in my back. First, I should have died; secondly, I certainly should have been paralyzed. Fortunately, Dr. Hennessy was called in for my case and fixed me, with the help of Dr. Park.
