Called Belinda Garcia this morning to try and have my imaging results faxed over to Texas Med Clinic. After explaining the situation and stating I’m not sure what the issue would be being that I’ve been a patient for almost a year with prior results sent over already - she said with attitude “there’s no issue, I’m just trying to follow policy.” Without stating what policy she was even referring to. Everyone was super nice and professional. Dr Bruggeman showed concern and explained procedure in detail. Unfortunately the SCS therapy trial did not work for me...but everyone is different.
Debby, Debra and Julie as always have been absolutely amazing and completely professional and the should be commended for their efforts and todays visit was a breath of fresh air, being that i am in pain and slightly irritated with everything today.
