I had a positive experience during my initial consultation with Dr. Bruggeman, who explained the surgery I needed. He mentioned I'd be contacted with a quote, but it has now been three months, and I'm still trying to get my surgery scheduled. The scheduling and quoting process has been extremely difficult. Called Belinda Garcia this morning to try and have my imaging results faxed over to Texas Med Clinic. After explaining the situation and stating I’m not sure what the issue would be being that I’ve been a patient for almost a year with prior results sent over already - she said with attitude “there’s no issue, I’m just trying to follow policy.” Without stating what policy she was even referring to.
