Dr. Patel is that RARE Dr. Who is kind, compassionate, down to earth and EXCELLENT at treating spinal issues and surgery. His staff is wonderful and professional. They are always there to help you. I had pain for 15 years and tried everything. Nothing worked for long except the surgeries from Dr. Patel. I am pain free and feeling that freedom. He really is the best there is.
The front desk ladies are so rude and uncomfortable
I saw Dr. Patel recently and was disappointed with my visit. He barely examined me and did not perform a hands-on physical assessment. I now have a discrepancy between what’s documented in my visit summary and what actually took place. I’m seeking care elsewhere as a result.
If I could I would give this place 10 or more stars! They all were so helpful in everything i needed! Dr.Vishal Patel is a very caring dr and really wants to help you figure out what ya need to feel better! I def give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mireya! She went over and beyond to get my prescription filled! Thank you all for being kind, caring and very helpful.
