Horrible service! I called 2 weeks ago to try to make an appt, left my insurance and personal info with them so they can verify and schedule an appt for me but they still haven't called me back to make that appt. I've tried calling several times and not one person has answered the phone. I have also left a message for them to return my call and I still haven't received a call back.
How fortunate we are in Stephenville to have such a fine Neurosurgeon as Dr. Z. He gave me back my active lifestyle when he repaired my broken spine. They were able to accomodate a location for the surgery nearest to my home, down time was minimal and recovery was uneventful. Staff is very nice and helpful.
