Called 9am Monday morning 3/21/22 to schedule an appointment. They took my insurance information and said they would get back to me in a week. At 8:45am the following monday 3/28/22 I called and ask if they had an update. They told me something went wrong and it's gonna take another 1 to 2 days. I asked if they could promise me I would hear back same day the 28th. They said they couldn't promise it. I am a mechanic and I need my back looked at.
