I tried to order some parts from the website and it was stuck on '' Processing'' for 3 days. I have called and emailed and received no response. I put in a Paypal dispute for a refund and it was accepted within 15 min. It would not take but 5 minutes to answer back and let me know what was going on. I would be a little more understanding if I at least had acknowledgement of my order or a reply to my calls/email.
Poor customer service , when I was calling to know the price of amusement machine, he said I was talking non sense , and hung up phone on me this level of rude people answering phone shame
