The worst healthcare service experience I have ever had. The staff is indifferent at best and they don't follow up within a reasonable timeframe. Their office scheduling process is slow. After the first appointment I was told they would contact me for a sleep study once it was approved. After 3.5 weeks of no follow up I called them to inquire and was put on hold for 5 minutes.
