The worst healthcare service experience I have ever had. The staff is indifferent at best and they don't follow up within a reasonable timeframe. Their office scheduling process is slow. After the first appointment I was told they would contact me for a sleep study once it was approved. After 3.5 weeks of no follow up I called them to inquire and was put on hold for 5 minutes. I do not recommend this doctor. He acts like a used car salesman to get you to pay for a sleep study in his lab. He told me my apnea was "moderate to severe" but the online websites say that the numbers in my report fall into the mild category.
I have been a few different sleep labs in Austin, and the staff here is the nicest. The night technician who worked with me made me feel comfortable, and the bedrooms were clean and well decorated. I asked her about her creditials and she said that she was a registered technologist. (One of the other labs that I have been to used a tech who was just out of high school.) I would highly recommend this place.
