No one picks up the phone.
Went in to Austin office in December 2020 and did sleep study. Never met with an actual doctor for results. Told I needed a CPAP and that since I met my deductible, it would be $25 copay for visit. 8 months later I get a call that I get a call insurance is having an issue with the claim. Told they will take care of it. Today, 16 months later, I am told that I have to pay over $600 for machine because I am not allowing insurance company internet access to the machine. Never a letter or bill or anything in the mail. Not a sing... read more
Doctor is part time. Can NEVER get anyone the phone. Since they don't seem to care, I would not recommend. They could have hired an answering service but they don't seem to care. Go somewhere else!

Trying to get a hold of anyone at this office is a absolutely horror. I tried to get my father back in for his follow up and I always get transferred around the world so we go by the SW Medical village and they moved. We didn't receive any mail notice or anything. Time for a NEW practice that actually will pick up the phone and return calls. **** save yourself from the headache go to another Dr ***
