I love the location of this office. The staff was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I didn’t have to wait long at all and I loved my Dermatologist.
Do not visit this practice. I drove from Katy to Pearland for an appointment that had been set several weeks in advance. The office was given my insurance information well before my visit; yet they didn't care to call me to let me know the copay would be $167.00. Learning this information at the time of my visit demonstrated highly unprofessional business practices. Patients should be advised well in advance of all costs associated with their care well before their office visits.
A lot of dermatological problems are closely associated with allergies. This place has a LOT of air fresheners plugins, febreeze, and scented Lysol type products inside and in active use. Avoid of you have allergies. Inappropriate for a medical facility of any kind.
