Started off well with responsiveness and working with me on the price. Became difficult to work with once they got the deposit and order. Will not be flexible or communicate well. Also installed the clips on the blind valances so they are visible. Tried to communicate that we did not want clips visible and they had no clue what we wanted. I’m going to order hidden valance clips myself and fix. The blinds themselves look good outside of the clip issue.
RecommendedAdded shutters last year to some arched windows and now adding to the main windows below them. Michael does a great job explaining options and offering great perspectives. Very happy with the service and products.
I cannot recommend this company enough! I first used them for my front shutters in 2012, went back to them in 2015 for my spare bedrooms, and just hired them yet again for my Master windows...they are well trained, with exceptional quality, and very helpful staff...thank you Texas Shutter Company!
