The guys at TSW were extremely helpful. I removed my live valve shocks and hauled them to Hutto. I was there by 12p. I dropped them off and they were done by 4pm. The shocks look and perform like new and I am very happy with the work they performed. Truck now rides great and I highly recommend these guys for Fox shock rebuilds !!
If you aren’t having them do your shocks, you’re wrong! Great people providing great service. They also took care of some typical maintenance for me that I added on when I arrived at their shop which was cheaper than having it done at a stealer-ship. Being within a day’s drive, they will do all of my maintenance from now on.
Signed up for rebuild / core swap. Never received the core charge. When I inquired, I was told that my shocks were in to poor of condition to return any of my money. I do not believe this to be the case, but they have total control to say what they want. Buyer beware. At the end of the day, it cost me $1000 for a set of two rebuilt shocks Buyer beware.
I recently took my 2020 Raptor in for the Remove, Rebuild and Reinstall option. I bought my truck used with 27k miles on it and currently have 48k miles on my truck and while my suspension didn’t feel terrible, it didn’t seem to handle bumps and potholes as it should/used to. Had the pleasure of meeting the team here and having the shocks on my Gen 1 Raptor rebuilt. Staff is very knowledgeable and will take the time to advise you and keep you informed every step of the way. They had every opportunity to upsell me parts that wouldn't benefit my driving style and chose to not take advantage and help me make appropriate and cost effective repairs to my vehicle.
