Drove 6 hours for my appointment to have rear shocks rebuilt while I waited. They were quick to finish, reasonably priced and even offered something to drink while i waited. Very professional! I'll be looking at other ways to support their business! Highly recommend!!!
I got recommendations by two other shops to come to TSW and they were right. Very nice guys, true Raptor specialists. Truly wanted to help me, made a diagnosis on the truck and there was no fix (tire problem) and still didn't charge me anything. Even left with recommendations for tuning and parts. I'm glad I found them!
Alex and his team provided exceptional service for my 2020 Raptor! It was overdue for its shock service and what a difference it made having them rebuilt. The Raptor feels like it’s brand new again! They were even able to order me a set of Deaver HD leaf springs, can’t wait to see how this improves the ride. His guys had me in and out, in about four hours for a full shock rebuild. The ride is smoother, more controlled, and dialed in perfectly for both on- and off-road use. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and had a quick turnaround time. You can tell they know Raptors and performance suspension inside and out.
