UNPROFESSIONAL-RUDE.I have a project and it requires to cut aluminum so I called them up and an employee named David said he does not want to help me. I asked why and he said, 'mostly cuz I'm really, really busy.' To me that is very unprofessional and plain rude. I called and asked to speak to the owner and they transferred me to 'Ron'. I just wanted to let him know what kind of employee he had.
