well been with them since 2016 no real problems, until now.. so i had to up grade their equipment so i did and in doing so it dropped my video analytics to set my zones for camera. tried for days to get thru but no luck, come to find out they sold my contract to some one else, with out telling me. still dont have my camera problems fixeed, so i will never use them again bad customer service no respect for their clients, save your money very bad company.....

All in all they are good. The 1 problem i have; i have the Skybell and it started having problems. All of the lights go off and the video does not connect. I've call them several times and they keep blaming it on my internet and will not come out and troubleshoot. Skybell still having problems.
