We were towed in last night due to a broken belt. A service technician was at our door at 7:30 am and job completed by 9. Very professional and courteous service.
As soon as we walked in they greeted and asked what we where looking for, and referred us to Jerry who so politely went above and beyond to help us take off and installed the parts we needed.
Exceptional service and parts in stock! Only place to go for the parts you can't find anywhere else!
Terrible customer relations; especially the managers/owners! Instead of listen to the customer and looking at the product that was purchased, they are quick to accuse the customer of abusing the equipment! Why would one abuse equipment that is needed! THANK GOODNESS FOR AMAZON!
