BOGUS CHARGES! Be careful renting a Uhaul from this place. I opted out of insurance coverage when reserving my truck. I had my own insurance. Without my knowledge they added insurance coverage to my rental agreement and now I have to fight to get charges reversed. Be Careful!
Against my better judgment, I thought I would give this shop another shot. The last time they worked on my vehicle, they charged me $900 for a very small weld. They were untruthful about their communication with The RV manufacturer regarding the warranty work. The communication throughout the process was terrible. UPDATE BASED ON RESPONSE. It's unfortunate the response to the review came back as it did. Full of misinformation and excuses. There were no rush fees because it was not a rush (You also told me that was your standard price). Brought in on a Monday morning and picked up on a Wednesday evening, and only work completed was an oil change. Maybe we define rush a little differently. Texas RV worked us in for our repairs knowing we were set to leave in 10 days!! Thank you Jimmy for repairing our toilet on our truck camper. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. We will be back here for more repairs.
