I had some damages from my last trip and took it to another shop and they did not fix it correctly. I called Jimmy at texas rv and explain my situation, thankfully they were able to squeeze me in and fix the last shops damages. Next time I need anything I will make sure to bring it to them. They are fast, efficient, and honest people.
Exceptional customer service from Jimmy and his team!! Brought my RV in for a repair in between trips and they were able to get it fixed in record time and back on the road. They kept me informed throughout the repair process and worked expeditiously with the extended warranty company. I found the entire team to be friendly, meticulous and customer oriented. Highly recommend.
I just wanted to say thank you for the great service I received on my RV. I really appreciate you fitting me in so quickly for both the oil change and the generator.
