Do not rent from Misty Dietrich! My husband and I had the worst experience with Texas Rose and I strongly advise you look elsewhere for a rental property. We had soft spots in our floors that became actual HOLES for the period of 6 months or so. You could see outside through the gaps, I had rats & roaches coming in! Windows wouldn't close, panes coming out of others, electrical outlets coming out of the walls.... Yes, someone came out but all repairs weren't made. Horrible people never call they just show up and yell at you from her truck office smells like a ass's tray smoky in that small office. Let's neighbors have 6 dogs and not pay a pet deposit. Not fair right or equal.
