Delicious food, disappointing service. Arrived about 6:30 to a very busy Roadhouse in Kingston NY. Only waited about 15 min before being seated. Drink order given - mug of beer and a tea with milk. Glass of water and tea with cream arrived. Beer finally came alone. Milk finally came alone. No sugar on the table. Sugar finally came. Elected to have salads with entree. Extremely disappointed with our visit. We haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a while and our previous visits were great. After this, I don't think we will be coming back. We ordered a 16 oz ribeye, bone in ribeye and chicken alfredo. It took quite some time for the food to arrive. The bone in ribeye was cooked perfectly but the 16 oz that was ordered came way over cooked to the point of being grey and dry in the middle. We always come to this place for a good steak, very desappointed this time , the ribe eye was 1/2 fat , quality is decreasing .manager said that ribeye is like that , after 10 years coming to this place, we will think twice next time before coming back to this place .
