It's sad that a local business can't be trusted due to employees personal vendettas. I've visited many times with no problems and then after Kim Tiedemann got butthurt over something she did herself all of a sudden when I eat here I spend the night doubled over in pain feeling like I'm going to vomit. I won't be back until it's a safe environment again and it is without a vengeful thief being employed there. Extremely disappointing.
Absolutely Horrible Service. Let me say that we are very easy going and not high maintenance at all. My girlfriend and I went out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Nashua for her birthday. We were seated. Then we waited and waited and waited for nearly 15 minutes. No waiter/waitress ever came by. Okay but not memorable as in past visits. Impressed by the new check in window outside with the seating area. Also saw staff wiping down menus to disinfect them which was encouraging. We picked Texas Roadhouse for our anniversary lunch and all started well. Server was prompt and courteous. Fried Pickles appetizer really impressed with its seasoning and taste. Ordered on line, made an error in my order, called to correct it and the when I picked it up they left off one of my items. I was so frustrated and upset I didn’t want to wait to get it corrected. But the 15oz ribeye was delicious 🤤
Went to Texas Roadhouse for lunch. We don't have cell phones so the desk person told us we could wait in the waiting area and she would come get us. She later came out and told all customers to wait outside or in their vehicles. We waited outside for some time, went back in to let them know we are still outside in case they called us. I visited the texas roadhouse in kentwood michigan 06/15/20. To say my experience was terrible is an understatement. I ordered a meal that took almost 45 mins- 1hr to come out correctly and in its entirety. i was either missing A1 sauce, my straw, mushrooms etc. my was total of $25.27 before i could leave the parking lot i received notification from my bank alerting me of a charge for 30.49 from texas roadhouse i was baffled because the person who joined me for dinner was already inside the restaurant asking Meaghan The Ma... read more
