Perfect
Texas Roadhouse is the perfect microcosm of Texas culture. They asked if I wanted my wine glass "Texas-sized." Endless rolls. One lady got wheeled-out on a stretcher (health insurance coverage doubtful), and the stretcher wasn't even out of the front door before the opposite side of the restaurant hit a mean "yee haw." I ate so many "rattlesnake bites" that I can't feel my legs. 10/10.
