The service and the food were great this time. Last time neither mine nor my son's steak was good. My son's steak was unseasoned and bloody instead of medium well and mine was unseasoned and leathery. I will never order another steak from them.

It's the 4th of July and I've never been to a Texas Roadhouse before. But what's better than a steak and potatoes to celebrate America's 250th birthday! I loved the down home rustic log cabin decor and the "pick your own steak" refrigerated display case right by the entrance. The waiter brought us a basket of warm golden brown dinner rolls, glistening with brushed-on melted butter. Heavenly! Especially with the cinnamon honey butter provided on the side.
