We had a bad experience a while back and thought that we would give it another try. We were sat rather quickly. Our server came and took our order. We ordered a salad and a onion blossom. Both came out with our dinners when they should have came out beforehand. I ordered a soda and my wife got a water. The waitress was no where to be found after she dropped our food off. The steaks are always good but I realize that this place is always empty because they just don't know how to treat people unfortunately, and Texas Roadhouse does a lot better job with there customer service maybe that's why they are always empty. I am terribly sorry I was actually talking about outback steak house.
Ordering food they don't listen. We said no pork in the strinf beans. Sting beans came back with pork anyway. The person asked to take the string beams off the bill, the witnesses said I will have to speak with my supervisor. Birthday: they didn't come to our table like they did with other guests. The ice-cream was completed melted. What a damn mess!! Won't show the video due to the fact I will get pissed again!
