When your steak is undercooked and u forgot to “bring” it back bc u went to work….. for a remake is horrible. My steaks are always undercooked. I asked heather if I could show her the picture I took last night. Instead I have to wait till tomorrow to bring their mess up steak back. BECAUSE I LIVE 30 minutes away. No customer service at all.
